Föreliggande projekts syfte har varit att peka ut möjliga vägar för hur kvaliteten hos och konsensus kring den svenska nationella emissionsstatistiken för vägtrafiken skulle kunna förbättras. I rapporten presenteras en handlingsplan som en tänkbar plattform för hur det framtida arbetet med framtagningen av den svenska emissionsstatistiken för vägtrafiksektorn kan utformas, så att ökad kvalitet, ökad trovärdighet samt ökad konsensus bland alla involverade aktörer stegvis uppnås. The aim of this study was to identify possible ways to improve the quality and the consensus of the Swedish national emission statistics for the road transport sector, used for e.g. the reporting to international bodies such as the UNFCCC and CLRTAP. An action plan is presented, which may act as a platform for the future work process to compile the Swedish national emission statistics for the road transport sector, in a manner that favours the quality and credibility of the statistics and consensus among all actors involved in this field.
